Cancellation:
Registrations can be cancelled or changed at no charge until Wednesday, December 11th, at 10:00 AM.
For cancellations made after this deadline, a late cancellation fee of 20 euros + VAT will apply.
In the case of a no-show, participants agree to pay the full registration fee of 45 euros + VAT.
The cancellation fees are meant to cover the administrative and catering costs.
