The purpose of this Roundtable is to discuss the latest developments on merger control rules in the international legal landscape. In particular, a keynote speech will be given by Mr. Jacques Steenbergen, followed by presentations by members of the Dentons Brussels and Amsterdam office on merger control rules and recent developments in their jurisdiction. Mr. Christoph Van Gampelaere, a Brussels Diplomatic Academy expert, will close our session with a presentation on international M&A.
