Peter Goes has been a partner at Linklaters since 2005. He has worked in Linklaters’ Amsterdam and Beijing offices and joined the Luxembourg Corporate/M&A practice in 2013. With 28 years’ experience, Peter specialises in corporate law, mainly in cross-border private and public M&A, private equity and boardroom consulting. He also has considerable experience in and knowledge of the financial institutions sector, the insurance sector as well as the energy and utilities market.
