Delia Barbu has a linguistic background. She started her career at European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association where she could develop her organisational, team coordination and project management skills. After ten years of experience in planning and delivering a wide range of events within varied business sectors, Delia decided to move forward and in 2008 she has been selected to hold a managerial position within the International Relations & Mobility Office at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. After four years she takes up a new challenge at the Brussels Diplomatic Academy at the same university in Brussels.
