Adèle Yaroulina is an entrepreneurship and innovation expert with more than 15 years of international experience working across technology startups, corporates, public institutions, and innovation ecosystems globally. She specialises in strategic innovation, open innovation, and collaborative innovation between startups and established organisations, helping leaders transform emerging opportunities into sustainable growth and measurable business impact.
Throughout her career, Adèle has worked across both the private and public sectors, including roles at KPMG, the European Startup Network, and 28DIGITAL. She has designed and delivered entrepreneurship and innovation programmes, startup acceleration initiatives, and corporate innovation projects, supporting founders and organisations in navigating growth, strategic partnerships, and innovation-driven business transformation.
Adèle is also the author of Collaborate to Innovate, a practical guide to successful startup-corporate collaboration. As a speaker, advisor, and educator, she combines strategic insight with hands-on experience to help leaders build meaningful partnerships, accelerate innovation, and create lasting value.
