Short bio:

ZhengLing Lin (林铮铃) is a Corporate Counsel to Fujian Tobacco Industrial Company, China. She was also a guest lecturer at Brussels Institute of Contemporary China Studies, Belgium, a member of International Law Association, Belgium and a promoter of Association of Corporate Counsel, China. Her research interest specially focuses on International Tobacco Regulations and Policies,WTO Rules, WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism, Chinese Company Law and Chinese Contract Law. Lin Zhengling obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from Xiamen University, China (2000), master’s degree in law from University of Hull, United Kingdom (2002), and PhD in law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She was a visiting PhD researcher at Law School of Oklahoma City University, United States. She has published over 10 articles both in international and domestic journals, and co-authored two books.
