Short bio:
Saurav Ghimire is a Doctoral Researcher at Centre for Private and Economic Laws at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). He is currently studying about legal regime governing Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) over Plant-Genetic Resources, including ancillary issues like Human Rights, Biodiversity and Sustainable development. He is also associated with International Law Association-Nepal Branch with his work focusing on various issues of International Trade Laws. Mr. Ghimire possesses immense interest in legal and political philosophy.
