Short bio:
Most recently, Matthew Cossolotto served as a speechwriter for top officials at NATO headquarters in Brussels. He has written speeches and/or coached speakers for a variety of prestigious venues, including the World Economic Forum (Davos), the National Press Club, the Economic Club of Detroit, and the UN General Assembly.
Matthew has served as founding president and board chair of The Center for Voting and Democracy (www.fairvote.org), a nonprofit organization advocating voting system reform alternatives. A strong advocate of foreign language and international studies since his study abroad experience at the University of Lund, Sweden, Matthew is currently spearheading an effort to establish Brussels as the global headquarters for Study Abroad Alumni International (SAAI), an educational organization dedicated to supporting study abroad opportunities and “building a community of global citizens.”
A guest speaker, trainer and coach, Matthew works with leaders and aspiring leaders who want to achieve their peak potential, on and off the podium. Matthew has provided public speaking training and coaching services to a variety of clients, including IBM, Lafarge, MasterCard, and AT&T. He created and conducts a series of Personal Empowerment Programs (PEPTalks) on speaking skills (PodiumPower!) and the power of habits (Harness Your HabitForce!).
