Johan Billiet has over 30 years of experience as a lawyer. Areas of expertise include EU Competition Law and Maritime Law. Johan is also frequently appointed by courts as bankruptcy administrator (“curator”/ “curateur”) and administrator of debts (“collectief schuldbemiddelaar”/ “médiateur des dettes collectives”). He has also been deputy judge and deputy public prosecutor for several years and acted as an Arbitrator in domestic and international Arbitration procedures.
