Jianfeng Yang

Associate Professor

 

Jianfeng YANG received his LLM degree in International Economic Law from Xiamen University in 2003, and his PhD degree in International Law from Fudan University in 2009, with specialized field in International Intellectual Property & Trade. He started his university career in 2003 and joined in Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in 2012, conducting research and teaching related to Chinese Trade Law and International Intellectual Property, especially TRIPS.

From January to August 2011, YANG Jianfeng visited Georgetown University and Cardozo Law School of Yeshiva University, respectively, studying U.S. Intellectual Property Law. YANG Jianfeng used to serve for six months as Deputy Director of Division of International Communication and Cooperation of Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration (SIPA). He is a senior consultant both in a law firm and an IP association in Shanghai. He has published two booksand more than 40 articles most of which focus on intellectual property and international trade law.
